We accept both Debit/Credit Card payments and bank transfers. At the beginning of the term, you will receive an invoice covering all lessons scheduled within that term, and be provided with a link to pay for the classes and bank transfer details.
We want to ensure that focus is placed on delivering results rather than administrative work. As a team, we will be working on your personalised course syllabus, and the commitment helps us deliver a comprehensive experience. We believe that optimal results can only be achieved via long-term tutoring.
By using our services, you agree to our cancellation policy. However, you can cease tutoring at any time, provided that a 7-day notice is given to our tutor or admin team. We will refund 100% of your unused credits. The termly payments are ‘security bonds’ and have the effect of securing your place with your tutors.
