FAQs

What can I bring to a drop-in session?

It’s your hour. Let us know what you’re struggling with the most. It could be:

  • A marked SAC or essay you don’t understand

  • A text you can’t get a handle on

  • Language analysis, text response or comparative, whatever isn’t landing

  • Teacher feedback you've read five times and still can’t act on

Your tutor works through it with you, and you leave with a clear, specific next step.

Is this a sales call?

No. It's a full 60-minute tutoring session with a specialist. If ongoing support would suit you, we'll say so and can help you book a consultation — but you're under no obligation.

Can I book more than one?

Yes. Book single sessions as often as you need them, with no commitment. If you decide you'd like regular support, we'll help you explore our weekly programs. That’s entirely up to you.

Which year levels and texts do you cover?

Year 12 only at the moment. But we cover all current VCE English texts.

Can I reschedule or get a refund?

If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll sort out a new time. Refunds aren’t available for late cancellations or no-shows, as spots are held exclusively for you once booked.
