Alessia Di Felice

I graduated with an ATAR of 99.5 and a study score of 49 in English, and I’m about to begin Medicine at Monash - something I’ve worked relentlessly towards for years. I tutor English with one main goal: helping students become stronger writers without losing their own voice. I don’t believe in rewriting students’ work into something forced and unrecognisable. Instead, I focus on refining expression, sharpening ideas, and building confidence, so students can write in a way that still feels like them - just clearer, more persuasive, and aligned with VCE criteria.

Having just been through VCE myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel and how much of a difference personalised guidance can make, whether that means breaking down texts step-by-step, tackling tricky essay structures, person you can message when you’re tired, stressed, and questioning every topic sentence you’ve ever written. Outside of tutoring, I’m probably thinking about my next meal, spending time with my family, going dancing with friends, or planning my next trip - usually somewhere in Italy.
