About
Hello! I’m Teri and I am a highly experienced teacher of VCE English and Literature. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your writing, understand your texts on a deeper level, and approach your essays with clarity and purpose. Support is always tailored to your learning style—because sometimes getting started is a struggle, sometimes you want to boost your results, and sometimes you just want to feel more confident in your skills. Whatever you’re feeling, it’s always okay to ask for help, and I can break texts down in a way that actually makes sense. With 19 years of teaching experience – 8 years in Scotland and over 10 years here in Victoria - I’ve had the opportunity to lead English departments in all parts of the world and I have also run a range of literacy programs. I understand how overwhelming Year 11 and 12 can feel, and my aim is to make English less stressful and much more manageable.
